Customer service is priority one, not just while you are picking out your vehicle but every day thereafter at Express Credit Auto.  To better serve you, we currently have two repair facilities, one in Oklahoma City and one in Tulsa.  If you are unable to drop your vehicle off during business hours, we do have an afterhours key drop at both locations for your convenience. 


Frequently Asked Questions

What do I do if my vehicle is broken down on the side of the road during business hours?

Please call the warranty department nearest you, tell them where your vehicle is located and let them know what is going on mechanically with it. They will make every attempt to troubleshoot your issue with you and if it cannot be resolved they will help you make arrangements to get the vehicle to us.


What do I do if it is after hours and I need help?

If the vehicle is at your home, please call back during regular business hours and someone will be happy to assist you in trouble shooting your issue or helping you to get the vehicle to us.

If the vehicle is on the side of the road or at a place of business, Express Credit Auto partners with towing companies to help get your vehicle safely brought to us.  It is important that you contact them immediately to get your vehicle picked up to avoid it being impounded.  Our partners will help you, but since it is the customers responsibility to get the vehicle to an Express Credit Auto Repair Facility, any towing charges incurred will be due at the time of pickup after the vehicle has been repaired.

What do I do if my payment device is beeping and my vehicle will not start?

If the payment has been paid in full, please contact Account Management at (405) 772-7777. You may also check the charge on your battery.  It will also beep if your battery is low.


Is there a charge to have my vehicle looked at?

A $50 up front diagnostic fee applies at all Express Credit Auto Repair Facilities. If the repair is diagnosed to be for a component covered by your 3 year/36k mile limited warranty, the $50 diagnostic fee will be applied towards the $100 deductible on that policy. If the repair is not for a covered component, you will owe the diagnostic fee plus the cost of any repairs approved by you. All fees owed will be due at the time that your vehicle is picked up.


Is there a lobby for me to wait in while my car is being worked on?

Unfortunately, at this time, all of our lobbies are closed due to COVID-19 for the safety of our customers as well as our employees.  Please make arrangements to drop the vehicle off and we will call you when it is ready or be prepared to wait outside.


What do I do if my vehicle has been in an accident?

Contact the insurance department immediately at (405) 772-7725. You can visit Insurance Department in the Help Center for more information.


Can I have another shop repair my vehicle and turn in a claim to be reimbursed by the warranty?

No.  All covered repairs MUST be performed by either Express Credit Auto or an approved agent of Express Credit Auto (approval must be given in writing).


What do I do if I think my vehicle has a manufacturer recall?

You can check to see if any vehicle is subject to an unrepaired recall by visiting https://safercar.gov/vin. 

All recalls MUST be completed by a new car dealer directly, NOT Express Credit Auto.
