How can I make my payment?
We offer 7 convenient ways for you to make your payment.
- Over the phone using our IVR: pay via debit card over the phone 24/7, call account management and select option #1.
- Kiosk: pay in cash or by debit card at any of our 5 Oklahoma sales locations.
- Online Payment Portal: pay via debit card 24/7 using our online payment portal. You can use the "Make A Payment" button on our website.
- Set up Autopay: set up with an account manager using your debit card or checking/savings account number and never worry about making your payment again. Call account management at (405) 772-7777 and select option #2.
- Pay over the phone with an Account Manager: pay via debit card during regular business hours by calling account management at (405) 772-7777 and selecting option #2.
- Mail: mail certified funds to the address on the right. Personal check are NOT accepted. Note: This method will take longer to get your payment applied.
How do I get my payoff?
You can view your payoff online via our online payment portal using Make a Payment. If you are not currently registered, click Make a Payment and follow the instructions to get setup.
A second option is to email a written request to acm@ecaautogroup.com and Account Management will calculate your payoff and send it back to you.

How do I get a credit for referring someone to buy a car?
Express Credit Auto rewards our current customers for referring friends or family. Current customers will receive a $100 credit towards their Auto Advantage Finance account for referrals that purchase from Express Credit Auto. Use our Refer A Friend portal to give us the information needed to process the referral. Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your account.
What if I made my payment and my car is still beeping?
Please contact Account Management during regular business hours at (405) 772-7777. If you just made the payment, it may take a few minutes to stop beeping.
